Renovation Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform flooring installation such as vinyl on occasion
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various renovation tasks.
• Apply stucco finishes to exterior surfaces as needed​
• Restore and renovate existing structures to improve functionality and aesthetics.
• Execute trim carpentry tasks, including the installation of moldings and baseboards.
• Implement hardscape designs such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct construction painting with precision for both interior and exterior surfaces.
• Finish concrete work, ensuring smooth surfaces and proper curing techniques.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently when required for larger renovation projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in renovation or construction-related fields.
• Strong skills in flooring installation, trim carpentry, stucco application, hardscape design, construction painting, concrete finishing, and heavy equipment operation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks over extended periods.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
