- Own the rhythm of the business by leading key initiatives, driving strategic discussions, and ensuring follow-through on critical decisions.
- Act as a thought partner to the VP of Digital Technology, spearheading high-impact projects and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop and maintain a business health scorecard to track key performance metrics and provide clear project status updates for leadership.
- Lead weekly calls with cross-functional leaders, ensuring alignment on priorities and proactively resolving any risks to timelines.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify emerging opportunities.
- Establish and refine a prioritization framework for business initiatives, streamlining processes to enhance accountability and execution.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership meetings, offsites, and board discussions.
- Provide data-driven decision-making support through detailed analysis and actionable recommendations.
- 10 years of experience in business operations, general management, management consulting, or investment banking within a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong executive presence with strategic maturity and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and continuous process improvement.
- Strong business acumen, with expertise in financial analysis, market evaluation, and strategic planning.
- Entrepreneurial drive, adaptability, and a sense of ownership in delivering measurable results.
