Position: Superintendent
Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm (approximate)
Benefits after 3 months
Pay: $40-55/hr DOE

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead field teams in executing high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of at least five years managing modern home builds, with a passion for detail and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and designers to bring intricate projects to life.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and efficiency.
- Lead and support a team of skilled craftspeople, helping them perform at their full potential.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors.
- Engage directly with architects, structural engineers, and other design leads to efficiently troubleshoot technical details using both in-person collaboration and digital plan/drawing review tools.
- Get hands-on with the work – Sparrow supers often spend as much as a third of their time on the tools.
- Actively foster a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture through personal example, leading meetings and providing 1-on-1 guidance and correction.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience managing modern home builds with a focus on quality and design.
- Demonstrated success driving safe, production-oriented teams to on-time/on-budget completion on complex, multi-phase projects.
- A passion for architectural craftsmanship and high-quality construction.
- Experience collaborating on technical details with external design/engineer partners, both in-person and using digital (remote) tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
