We are hiring an Executive Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our team! This is a part-time, hybrid opportunity assisting the CEO. We are a Real Estate Development and consulting company with projects all over North Carolina.
Duties :
- Manage the company and subsidiary company quickbooks
- Provide administrative support to the executive team and perform general office tasks
- Manage and organize documents using Word, PDF editor, DocuSign and other digital platforms
- Transcribe and proofread documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with data entry and maintain spreadsheets
- Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
- File and organize paperwork and invoices, both physical and digital
- Maintain and update the Google calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings
Skills :
Ideal Candidate would be looking for 20-30 hours per week with a consistent schedule, have some familiarity with Real Estate, and be willing to work in the office most of the time.
Must have own reliable transportation
