Health Information Clerk

(Bargaining Unit Position)

Health Information Services Department

Full Time: 80 Hours per pay period. Monday-Friday; 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
 

Sparta Community Hospital is looking for a committed and well‑organized professional to fill the role of Health Information Clerk within the Health Information Department.

Health Information Clerks play a vital role in our organization by facilitating seamless and efficient operations. They are responsible for compiling, processing, and maintaining medical records for hospital and clinic patients in compliance with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory standards of the healthcare system. Their contribution enhances patient coordination and communication, ultimately fostering a positive patient experience.
