This high-impact role requires an experienced TA professional with at least 8 years of experience, a passion for employer branding, and a track record of building and leading high-performing recruitment teams.
What You’ll Do :
Strategize & Lead – Develop and drive a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business objectives.
Build a High-Performing Team – Lead, mentor, and scale the recruitment team to meet company growth needs.
Partner with Leadership – Collaborate with executives and hiring managers to anticipate workforce needs.
Enhance Employer Branding – Strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Leverage Data & Innovation – Utilize analytics to measure recruitment success and optimize hiring processes.
Champion DEI Initiatives – Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in hiring practices.
Manage Vendor & Technology Platforms – Oversee ATS systems, external partners, and recruitment tools.
What You Bring :
Industry Experience : Background in retail, hospitality, or consumer-driven businesses is preferred.
TA Leadership : 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with 5 years in leadership roles.
Executive Hiring Expertise : Must have experience hiring at the executive level.
High-Volume & Multi-Location Hiring : Proven ability to manage large-scale hiring initiatives.
Tech-Savvy Approach : Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
Strategic & Hands-On : Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
Stakeholder Management : Proven experience working with senior executives and business leaders.
Hybrid Work Adaptability : Must be Metro Detroit-based with the ability to be on-site three days a week.
