Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) & Registered Nurse (RN) – Specialized Living Facility
Location: Kalamazoo, MI & Surrounding Areas
Travel: Open to traveling to multiple locations in the area if needed (Travel & Mileage Reimbursed)
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)
Role Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality care in a specialized living setting. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work across multiple locations in the Kalamazoo area.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care, including medication administration and health monitoring
Develop and implement individualized care plans with the healthcare team
Provide emotional and physical support to residents
Accurately document and maintain medical records
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
Shift Options:
8-hour or 10-hour shifts
Most shifts are day shifts
Required Qualifications:
Active LPN or RN license in Michigan
CPR and First Aid certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to travel between locations as needed (mileage reimbursed)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a specialized living facility, long-term care, or assisted living
Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
