Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimating / Project Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and be adept at negotiating contracts and pricing. The Estimating / Project Manager Manager will play a key role in building relationships with clients and subcontractors while overseeing the entire project from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Construction Estimating.
- Develop accurate cost estimates for various construction projects, utilizing tools such Quick Bid and On Screen Take off is a plus.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive bids.
- Project Manage a project from start to finish.
- Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive bids while maintaining quality standards.
- Review and approve final estimates before submission to clients, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field, with a strong understanding of construction site operations.
- Proficiency in using estimating software such as Quick Bid & On Screen Takeoff is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Knowledge of construction Project management
- Carpentry Background is a plus.
- MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
