We are looking for dynamic team members to join our Emergency Response Team and drive the success of our company. As a Business Development Representative - Emergency Response Coordinator, you are responsible for assessing the fire damage, explaining the restoration process, and answering any questions the property owner may have. You are professionally representing the company’s mission, vision, and values while remaining compassionate and considerate of the customer’s situation

Responsibilities
- Focus on customer care and securing project opportunities for emergency and restoration services.
- Provide assistance, guidance, and resources to customers while strategically soliciting business for our restoration services.
- Collaborate directly with local emergency response agencies and private entities to support the overall mission.
- Coordinate emergency response crews.
- Seek opportunities for additional branding.
- Grow relationships with the fire and rescue community and insurance adjusters.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Ability to lead and communicate during stressful times with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- High stress tolerance and the ability to work under pressure while managing a crisis.
- The ability to speak well when interacting with the customer or others.
- Must be considerable and have compassion.
- 3-5 years of sales experience (preferred)
- Ability to be on call 24/7 for emergency events.
- Experience in Restoration, Fire and Rescue, EMS, Military, Customer Service, Insurance, or Construction.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
