Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and more.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of client information and treatment notes.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained treatment area.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in the esthetic industry.
• Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Current Esthetician license in the state where spa is located.
• Proven experience in providing skincare and esthetic services.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and their application.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
• Collaborative and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for record keeping.
