The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who excels in process improvement, training, relationship management, and franchisee support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise owners, providing ongoing operational support and business coaching.
- Monitor franchisee performance, analyze key operational metrics, and develop improvement plans as needed.
- Facilitate regular check-ins, business reviews, and field visits to ensure franchisee success.
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
