Accounting Manager - Financial Leadership Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to fill the Director of Assurance Services position at Spartan Placements LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting, consulting, and other specialized services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee compilation, review, and/or audit engagements with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
• Develop and implement effective staff development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
• Collaborate with senior managers and principals to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Pursue new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients to expand our services.
• Assist in firm administrative functions as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• CPA license with a strong understanding of GAAP and public accounting principles.
• At least four years of experience in public accounting with a focus on assurance services.
• Excellent management, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
