What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Dispatcher position at Spartan Service Group?
DISPATCH JOB DESRIPTION
- Answer incoming phone calls to the office
- Set daily schedule for technicians
- Monitor service email and reply as necessary, respond with in 5 minutes to every email, even if we don’t have the answer at that time
- Build service calls in dispatching software
- Dispatch technicians to jobs
- Verify Technician has all info needed for the job so they can succeed
- Update job eta’s, job status and job close out on the portal and/or via email. The goal is to update the customer before they call or email asking us for an update.

Pay: $16.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week
