Job Duties And Responsibilities
Communicate with Campus Partners for the implementation of programs.
Serve on the Alcohol, Drug and Sexual Violence prevention committee.
Attending monthly SGA meetings as a representative of Health & Wellness.
Assist with the development of key messages and gather relevant data that are regularly updated (from DHEC, CDC, etc.,).
Assist in producing several types of communication materials/reports for students and for college officials.
Take the lead in the HIV Prevention Program and contraceptive program.
Monitor contraceptive distributions points and replenish supplies.
Assist the team with the gathering and development of relevant, compelling and timely communications content and messages from various campus partners.
Stay abreast of critical COVID-19 developments, monitoring media and social media.
Coordinate times for Relaxation Room, follow survey, and promotion.
Undertake other communications tasks and responsibilities as may be requested by the college's administration.
Assist in check out and inventory of wound care/wellness supplies
Attend scheduled training sessions and meetings as scheduled.
Will provide a contact phone number and email to the supervisor

Ability to lead in a diverse cultural and social context
Ability to identify and analyze communications needs and capacity
Excellent writing skills
