Role Description
This is a PRN on-site role for a Russian Ukrainian Medical Interpreter at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System. The Medical Interpreter will be responsible for providing interpretation and translation services for non-English speaking patients, assisting with medical terminology, and conducting simultaneous interpretation during medical appointments and procedures.
Qualifications
- Medical Interpretation and Translation skills
- Experience in Interpreting and Medical Terminology
- Ability to perform Simultaneous Interpretation
- Strong knowledge of Russian and Ukrainian languages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Completion of a Medical Interpretation training program is a plus
