Job Opportunity : Industrial Manufacturing Marketing Manager
Reports to : CEO
This position is based out of our Fairport, NY headquarters. (This position can be a Hybrid work Schedule).
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting our brand and products through strategic marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the company President & CEO and collaborating closely with the sales and customer management teams, this individual will develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns aimed at original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about communicating value to a B2B audience. They should excel at balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in marketing communications, content creation, and collateral development to elevate brand impact and engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, brand vision, and product growth targets.
- Lead the planning, creation, and distribution of tailored content for OEM networks, emphasizing compelling value propositions.
- Partner with sales and customer management to design and launch co-marketing programs that enhance customer engagement and support their sales objectives.
