Spartronics offers job training (no experience needed), wages $17.47 $0.50 differential per hour for 2nd shift, benefits for full time employees, including health, dental and vision, paid vacation and holidays, retirement savings with company match and more!
Summary: This role is responsible to assemble, disassemble, and repair electronic assemblies in a flexible manufacturing environment in accordance with standardized processes, procedures or methods. This position may require frequent movement throughout the manufacturing operation.
Requirements
- Perform production assembly operations (electro-mechanical and/or soldering).
- Perform test operations.
- May perform inspection tasks.
- Build electronic units which may include prototypes.
- Perform calibration and adjustment of assemblies in accordance with specific instructions.
- Initiate and maintain accurate paperwork and records as required by job.
- Responsible for daily clean-up of all assigned work areas.
- May operate various machines and equipment associated with the product line, including the use of various hand tools.
- Interact with computer to enter/extract data and follow assembly processes
- All other duties as assigned.
- MUST BE ABLE TO FLEX TO OTHER OPERATOR JOBS
Safety: Ensure that all assignments are performed in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, Provincial and Company safety and health regulations, and where applicable, proper personal protective equipment is utilized.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend written work instructions.
- Ability to add and subtract whole numbers, fractions and decimals using direct reading, gauges, rulers and scales.
- Must be quality conscious and possess ability to meet production and quality standards.
- Ability to solve practical problems and/or interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
Pay is $17.47/hour plus $0.50/hour for 2nd shift with benefits. 2nd Shift hours: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm (Saturday OT as needed)
