Summary / Objective
As the Training Coordinator , you will be responsible for maintaining the standards of our organization’s training by developing and delivering comprehensive training and tracking the progress of training for projects across Sparus. You will also participate in identifying development opportunities for employees and editing company procedures. This person will report to project leadership.
Essential Functions
- Assist in the development of customized learning content by creating new content or updating existing content to meet the needs of Sparus Holdings and all lines of business.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop and implement training courses and materials for employee development and compliance.
- Provide support to operations by coordinating and tracking the training process for new employees.
- Seek, gather, and analyze feedback and data from all areas of the organization regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses.
- Deliver training in the field, classroom, and virtually.
- Conduct research within the industry to remain up to date on active curriculum.
- Maintain training materials and information to include storage, permissions, and systems.
- Serve as an evaluator and auditor
- All other duties as assigned.
