Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic, experienced EV Charging Solutions Sales superstar to join the growing Electric Vehicle (EV) Solutions team at SPATCO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the EV Charging industry, a strong network of contacts in the field, and a deep understanding of the EV charging solutions market, including hardware and software. Experience in dealing with the entire EV charging site project lifecycle, including Design & Engineering, Construction, Electrical, Installation, and Service & Maintenance will be considered a significant plus.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the EV charging industry, focused on commercial clients across several customer segments, including commercial fleets, property managers, and municipalities.
- Generate new business opportunities by leveraging your network and through outbound sales activities and create a sales pipeline to be regularly communicated to internal stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive presentations and demonstrations regarding SPATCO’s capabilities in the EV charging space to prospective clients.
- Understand the unique needs of each client and propose customized EV charging solutions, including hardware and software, that meet those needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
- Partner with the internal teams to ensure that client requirements can be met.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years of sales experience in the EV charging industry.
- Experience working with EV charging customers and understanding of their unique requirements.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business in the EV charging market.
- Extensive knowledge of EV charging technologies, products, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric mindset.
