Our Brand Managers are accountable for the creation of P&L management, monthly sales forecasting, project management, new products, and pricing strategy.

Recipe for Success (Responsibilities) :
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Work with cross-functional teams (regulatory, supply chain, sales, and creative) to launch new products. Oversee the entire product development process from concept to completion to post-shipment & performance analytics.
- Drive collaboration with the team to create and evaluate strategies for growth.
- Initiate product label direction and tracking of the label approval process.
- Update price lists, product bid sheets, and retailer-specific item setup information.
- Conduct competitive product and pricing analysis and create product presentations.
- Responsible for new product setup in all internal systems for Brand teams and retailer-specific external portals.
- Spearhead analytics and work closely with the supply chain team to manage forecasting and inventory needs for new item launches, changes in distribution, or promotional forecast needs.
- Run reports and analyze data for weekly retailer-specific POS, month-end top sellers and profit reports, and weekly fulfillment reports.
- Collaborate on creating and building account-specific presentations for new product launches and account-specific opportunities.
- Review monthly Nielsen Data to understand the latest trends, review competitive data, and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the sales team on creating account financials.

Hybrid role : Onsite in Bohemia, NY 2 days a week, Tuesday & Wednesday.
