Spathe is currently searching for a Help Desk Specialist, Entry Level to join our team in the Fayetteville, NC area.

Responsibilities
- Provide support in responding to system user requests for assistance.
- Provide support to monitor, install and perform maintenance on personal computers, laptop computers, software, and networks.
- Provide support for on-the-spot diagnostic evaluations, implementation of correcttions, and training users in proper operation of systems and programs.
- Serve as the frist point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, all types of computer system problems.
- Provide a high degree of customer service and adhere to all service management principles.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- A or Network
Clearance Required:
- TS/SCI
