As a commissioning and testing specialist at SPC Mechanical Corporation, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth startup and operation of our clients' HVAC and plumbing systems. This involves working closely with our project managers, engineers, and technicians to plan, coordinate, and execute the startup process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in pre-testing controls and DDC point-to-point and logic sequencing.
- Complete required commissioning documentation.
- Communicate commissioning issues to our team.
- Execute and assist with coordination of owner training.
**Requirements:**
- TWO years of mechanical service, equipment startup, or commissioning experience.
- Current driver's license.
- Must be able to travel throughout regional projects.
**Physical Demands:**
- Ability to frequently lift or carry up to 75 pounds and assist with lifting up to 120 pounds.
- Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and crawl spaces.
- Ability to climb rooftop access ladders.
