Case Manager (Paralegal) - Personal Injury

Speaks Law Firm is looking for a highly motivated and organized Case Manager/Paralegalto support our growing team. Candidates must have a minimum of one (1) year of case management experience specific to personal injury. This position will report to our Wilmington office and hours of work are Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Proactivecommunication with attorneys, clients, insurance adjusters, and other professionals
• Conduct routine client contact regarding case updates, treatment, coverage investigations, etc
• Assist with legal research and case preparation.
• Maintain updated lien and balance information.
• Communicate with insurance and health adjusters regarding demand packages, policies, liens, and payment logs
• Complete systematic file review of demand packages
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Paralegal certificate a plus
• One (1) year of case management experience specific to personal injury required
• Passion for advocating for our clients and maintaining a positive attitude required
• Must be able to work on-site from 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Intermediate computer skills
• Understand legal language, principles, and other related processes
• Needles/Neos case management software experience a plus
