What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager (Paralegal) - Personal Injury position at Speaks Law Firm?
Speaks Law Firm is looking for a highly motivated and organized Case Manager/Paralegal to support our growing team. Candidates must have a minimum of one (1) year of case management experience specific to personal injury. This position will report to our Wilmington office and hours of work are Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Proactive communication with attorneys, clients, insurance adjusters, and other professionals.
- Conduct routine client contact regarding case updates, treatment, coverage investigations, etc.
- Assist with legal research and case preparation.
- Maintain updated lien and balance information. Communicate with insurance and health adjusters regarding demand packages, policies, liens, and payment logs.
- Complete systematic file review of demand packages.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Paralegal certificate a plus
- One (1) year of case management experience specific to personal injury required
- Passion for advocating for our clients and maintaining a positive attitude required
- Must be able to work on-site from 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with senior leaders, clients and staff
- Understand legal language, principles, and other related processes
- Needles/Neos case management software experience a plus
