Required :
7 years' experience in managing multiple medium-to-large scale IT Infrastructure projects / programs collaborating with cross functional teams in the financial services industry.

Outstanding collaborative skills and ability to interface across organizational levels and cultures.
Ability to develop and leverage relationships.
Strong drive for results; able to meet tight deadlines in a fluid, challenging environment.
Capable of executing short-term (tactical) and long term (strategic) plans.
Excellent customer focus, with experience effectively managing matrix relationships.
Skill at resolving conflict and negotiating effectively and tactfully.
Proven history of time-management, leadership, and people skills.
Ability to multi-task and comfortable working with ambiguity at times.
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications is a plus.
Responsibilities :
As a member of the Sustainability Management Action & Response Team (SMART) you will be responsible for executing operational sustainability projects that typically involve the remediation of End of Life (EOL) IT (Information Technology) Infrastructure (HW / SW); Vulnerability Remediation; Compliance; Modernization; and Process Improvements.
Manage an assigned set of medium to large scale IT Infrastructure projects.
Conduct application architecture assessments and help define solutions for complex problems.
Design / customize and execute migration workflows.
Maintain focus on project risks and interdependencies across the life cycle, making contingency plans to proactively address concerns that pose risk to budget, schedule, and scope.
Engage cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business units and application areas for problem solving, short-and long-term technology solutions, and risk mitigation activities.
Drive results and resolve issues including the ability to assess and course correct, as necessary.
Display strong organizational skills with diligence evidenced through sound analytical skills.
Display strong initiative, addressing issues without prompting.
Assist in preparing presentations and presents to leadership and stakeholders.
Ability to work across organizations and through obstacles.
