What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Chef position at Spearfish Holiday Inn/Lucky's 13 Pub?
Join our fun team at the Spearfish Holiday Inn Convention Center! We are looking for a Banquet Chef to prepare delicious meals for our convention center guests! The Banquet Chef produces food items according to the Banquet Event Order. They attend weekly food and beverage meetings and work with the sales, bar and banquet service teams. We are looking for someone who works productively with little supervision, and maintains the cleanliness and safety of work areas at all times. We encourage creativity and trying new ideas! Other duties include ordering, maintaining an accurate inventory, and any additional responsibilities as directed by the Executive Chef.
Previous Experience recommended: Two years experience in a Banquet Sous Chef / Catering Chef.
