What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager - Metal Fabrication position at Spearhead Staffing LLC?
Will relocate if need to – case by case and more than likely a sign-on
PTO – 3-4 weeks based on how many years they bring
Direct Reports – 3 supervisors (3 shifts) / 3 Quality Team Members / 55 hourly across 3 shifts(125-130 total employees)
Great to have experience in :
Horizontal / vertical / lathes
Finishing in foundry i.e., casting coming out after molded and cured
Grinding process (automated) and / or trim process for parts
In-house tooling machining
- They will be purchasing capital equipment for a complete makeover of the finishing and machining department
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
