Special Kids Care, one of the leading providers of skilled pediatric home care, is seeking RN's and/or LVN's for clients in In the Austin Area. Day and Night shifts available with low and high acuity patients.
- We have specific needs LOW accuity child in Round Rock TX
- Kantime Charting
- 1:1 patient ratio
- PRN available
We are looking for a few dependable RN's and/or LVN's who possesses excellent clinical and communication skills to join our team of nurses!

Resposibilities include:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to implement care plans.
- Provide enteral feedings as ordered
Qualifications
- Valid RN or LVN license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in patient care and assessment
