Special Kids Care, one of the leading providers of skilled pediatric home care, is seeking RN's and/or LVN's for clients in In the Austin area. Day and Night shifts available with low and high acuity patients.
- We have specific needs for a HIGH ACCUITY special needs child in 78744 Zip Code
- Kantime Charting
- 1:1 patient ratio
- PRN available
We are looking for a few dependable RN's and/or LVN's who possesses excellent clinical and communication skills to join our team of nurses!
Responsibilities:
- Provide Comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in their home
- Patient assessment
- Coordinate with other team members
- Medication administration
- Enteral Feedings
- Take and montior vistal signs and notify physician for changes in conditions
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment
- Tracheostomy care
- Use of the ventilator
- Airway clearance
Qualifications include:
- Valid RN or LVN License in Texas or Compact State
- Proficient in Patient care
- Current CPR
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with children
- Experience in Home Health preferred
