Position Summary: Organize and facilitate all customer visits and tours. Manage front office operations, organization, and keep supplies and equipment functional. Help support and back-up scheduling and human resources. Assist plant manager with all plant administrative duties and help manage office calendar events, vacations, and holidays. Answer all incoming calls and forward them to the proper person or department, as well as greet visitors in a friendly professional manner. Receive and distribute all incoming faxes, receive, and sort incoming mail, apply postage to outgoing mail. Data entry and other duties as required.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Welcome all visitors to the reception area.
- Answers, screens, and routes telephone calls; responds to general inquiries from customers and employees.
- Receive, screen, and route emails.
- Sort and scan shipped order files.
- Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to typing, photocopying, emailing, faxing, printing, and mailing, keeping the office area organized and clean.
- Distributes incoming mail to employees and prepares the outgoing mail.
- Maintains and orders office supplies.
- Maintain an organized work area.
- Help manage communication between plants and prioritize responses needed.
- Help manage all training functions and help translate documentation to Spanish.
- Help manage conference room schedules and preparation.
- Manage cleaning service and certain vendors.
- Manage plant tours and visits.
- Assist with any other duties assigned by the plant manager as required.
- Assist with Safety tasks including driving team members to hospital or clinic when needed.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to operate a multi-line phone system.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Excellent communication skills

- Computer literate and Bilingual with English & Spanish
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a challenging environment.
- Microsoft Word & Excel
- FileMaker not required but knowledgeable is a plus.
- Frequently required to use hands and fingers to manage, feel or operate office equipment, and reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently required to talk and hear.
- Frequently required to sit for extended periods of time.
- Required to occasionally stand and walk.
- Occasionally required to lift, push, pull and/or move up to 20lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Safety glasses required on the production floor.
- Hearing protection required in designated areas.
