Your Role as a BCBA
You'll design and oversee ABA interventions, ensuring high-quality care for children with autism.
- In-Home Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and track client progress.
- Provide hands-on parent training to empower caregivers with ABA strategies.
- Address urgent behavioral situations to ensure client safety and care continuity.
- Remote Responsibilities:
- Develop and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Analyze data from Behavior Technicians (BTs) to evaluate intervention effectiveness.
- Collaborate with caregivers, mid-level supervisors, and multidisciplinary teams to align treatment goals.
- Maintain detailed clinical records and ensure compliance with policies and insurance requirements.
Requirements
- Active BCBA Certification (Current & valid)
- Master's Degree in a relevant field
- Clinical Experience preferred (New BCBAs welcome to apply)
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
