```Duties:```
- Patient Reception: Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Register new patients, collect and verify insurance information, and update patient records.
Direct patients to the appropriate department or healthcare professional.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
Coordinate with medical staff to manage the daily appointment schedule.
Notify patients of any appointment changes or cancellations.
Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
Provide information to callers and assist with inquiries or concerns.
Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with billing and insurance-related tasks as needed.
