Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. We will only be considering candidates that provide a resume.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing email
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Efficient communication with lesson teachers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a clerical or receptionist role preferred
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
