Title : Human Resources Coordinator
FLSA : Non-Exempt
Wage : Starting $25-$28 per hour
Reports to : Director of Human Resources
Onsite Position in Tualatin, OR

In our time of growth, we are seeking dedicated and talented individuals to add to our team in Tualatin, OR. We are currently looking to add a Bi-lingual (Spanish / English) HR Coordinator to support our corporate Human Resources team.

As our Bi-lingual (Spanish / English) HR Coordinator , you’ll play a vital role in full-cycle multi-state recruiting and HR administrative support, ensuring a smooth hiring process and keeping our HR operations running efficiently. You’ll be supporting multi-state locations in CA, WA, and OR, working closely with leadership to attract top talent and maintain compliance across different state regulations.
This role is on-site and requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving, high-energy environment!
What You’ll Do :
- Manage full-cycle multi-state recruiting – job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide administrative support for HR compliance tracking, document management, and reporting
- Assist with training coordination and special HR projects
- Serve as a key point of contact for hiring managers
