Specialized Real Estate Group is looking for an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for our First Street Flats and Plantation Laura locations. The role includes general maintenance and repair on occupied apartment homes and duplexes in Rogers, AR.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and perform all interior and exterior building maintenance as needed on several units, including plumbing, electrical and general maintenance repairs.
- Ensure all resident's service requests are completed within 24 hours when possible.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Maintain material and supply inventory.
- Perform turn processes on recently vacated apartments to prepare for incoming tenants--includes painting, maintenance and touch-up cleaning.
- Technician will be required to assist in on-call after-hours maintenance emergency service requests.
- Any other duties assigned by the Property Manager.
- Provide work tools and vehicle.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be punctual, professional, trustworthy and able to work independently.
- Great customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and detail-oriented.
- Must pass background check and drug screen.
- Ability to use property management software on tablet/phone for work orders and communication

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
