The Human Resources Project Manager will own the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, while also driving talent management initiatives that include succession planning and career development. You’ll play a pivotal role in building and executing programs to strengthen our workforce.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Core Responsibilities
- Full Life Cycle Recruitment
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent for roles across all departments.
- Manage the hiring process from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, provide market insights, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Build a diverse talent pipeline through innovative sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, networking events, and partnerships.
Talent Management
- Lead and manage succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership and skill continuity.
- Design and execute individual development plans for high-potential employees.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify talent gaps and implement strategies to address them.
College Internship & Hiring Programs
- Develop and implement a college internship program to attract emerging talent in the industry.
- Build relationships with universities and technical schools to create a robust hiring pipeline.
- Manage all aspects of the program, including recruitment, onboarding, mentorship, and evaluation.
Employee Development
- Support and guide career development initiatives to help employees achieve their professional goals.
- Partner with managers to conduct regular talent reviews and align development plans with business needs.
Metrics & Reporting
- Track and analyze recruitment and talent management metrics to measure success and inform decision-making.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership on hiring trends, talent gaps, and program effectiveness.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, including full lifecycle recruitment and talent management.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in succession planning, workforce development, and employee retention.
- Experience developing and managing internship or university hiring programs.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technologies, preferably Paycom.
- Deep understanding of proactive recruitment strategies.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
