Responsibilities:
- Process requests for pricing from prospective clients
- Handle inbound phone calls
- Respond to email inquiries (up to 400/day)
- Data entry
Requirements:
- At least one year of related experience
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook and Excel)
- Effective communicator over the phone and via email
- Comfortable working under pressure and able to multi-task
- Upbeat personality with ability to quickly build rapport
- Excellent problem solving ability
