Job Summary: The AR Clerk/Office Administrator will be responsible for managing accounts receivable functions and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer invoices and payments.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Assist with month-end closing activities.
Office Administration:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee records management.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
