Hello! I am recruiting a Facilities Maintenance opening for our privately owned manufacturing customer located in the southwest Metro of the Twin Cities.
They have a 4-day work week, positive work environment, and great pay.

- Perform a variety of maintenance on equipment, buildings, and grounds in order of urgency assigned on maintenance requests
- Assist in the supervision of outside contractors such as plumbers, roofers, electricians, grounds keepers, carpet cleaners, forklift repair, security system
- Inspect and maintain grounds such as salting parking lots, shoveling, parking lot repair in between vendor services
- Work on building improvement projects as needed; vendor contact and bid solicitation, scheduling of projects, and processing paperwork for payment
- Conduct and document inspections of fire control equipment, sprinkler systems, and elevator
- Assist in creating a schedule of reoccurring maintenance tasks to ensure completed on a regular basis
