Job Summary: The Office Manager with AR duties will oversee the daily administrative operations of our office while managing accounts receivable functions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office policies and procedures.
- Supervise and support office staff
Accounts Receivable:
- Process and manage customer invoices and payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial audits.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Address and resolve customer billing issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Experience with accounts receivable or general accounting.
- Experience in the building materials industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
