We are searching for a motivated Technical Sales Specialist to work in an industrial environment and support the Sales and Marketing efforts in Fremont, OH. This is a direct hire, full-time, long-term opportunity within a company that offers internal career growth.
Position: Technical Sales Specialist
Compensation Range: $60,000 - $70,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Onsite

What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships alongside the Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Assist in developing and improving equipment, tooling, and processes for current and future projects.
- Evaluate the feasibility and potential of new products and customers.
- Help prepare budgets and represent the Sales Department in various meetings.
- Participate in Quality System reporting and improvements.
- Continuously update customer forecasts to aid in purchasing and production scheduling.
- Ensure new product orders are properly entered and scheduled.
- Research market trends, assist with customer service, and travel to customer sites as needed.
What You'll Need:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Decision-making ability and experience working with production teams.
- Ability to learn new skills related to Sales and Marketing.
- Experience in Technical sales, with familiarity in engineering preferred.
- Understand and contribute to our Quality Policy and objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to align with and support company goals.
- Familiarity with FDA and USDA regulations preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO polices and procedures preferred.
