What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crisis QMHP position at Specialized Solutions Family Services?
***New Hires will receive a $500 Sign On Bonus contingent on a 90day commitment.***
- Parttime and/or Fulltime hours available.
- Respond to crisis situations within 1 hour.
- Provide direct crisis de-escalation services to individuals.
- Prepare sessions using the objectives listed on the assessment and ISP.
- Complete all progress notes and clinical reports using sound clinical documentation and abiding by all agency, Medicaid and licensure standards.
- Link individuals with wrap around providers and/or services, such as health services, mental health services, community resources, social engagement activities, financial resources, employment resources and AA/NA groups to ensure their continuity of care.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other service providers and professionals, such as case managers, social workers, and probation/parole officers.
- Participate in individual supervision meetings with the direct supervisor as scheduled.
- Attend all annual mandatory agency trainings (TOVA, First Aid & CPR, Human Rights, etc.).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
