A well-established manufacturer in Bristol, IN is currently interviewing candidates for a HR Administrative Assistant to support their HR team with daily administrative tasks. This role involves handling filing, assisting employees, and supporting various HR functions. This position will be contracted (3-4 month minimum) with possibility for growth and future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with filing, document organization, and data entry.
- Answer employee questions about HR policies and benefits.
- Help with new employee onboarding and orientation.
- Update and maintain employee records.
- Assist with HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, administration, customer service, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience with E-Verify, I-9 processes preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexible to assist during busy periods.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree in HR or related field is a plus.
