Description
We seek a motivated, talented Customer Service Representative to join our customer service team. Do you enjoy talking to people and answering questions? We have a high-call volume office that speaks with Dentist offices to answer questions regarding our appliances, take payments, track case status, and various other administrative tasks. If you have previous experience in a similar setting this may be the position for you!
As a Customer Service Specialist, your main job is to communicate with customers over the phone and through email. It's important to stay professional, patient, and positive while accurately sharing information about our products and services. You'll help customers by answering questions about their orders and technical issues, resolving problems, attracting new customers, and promoting our products.
Schedule : 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be people-oriented with a customer-focused mentality.
- Must have experience in a high-volume call center environment.
- Knowledge and / or experience with Orthodontic / Dental terminology, a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills a must.
- High school diploma, GED equivalency, or currently enrolled
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently; Spanish speaking is a plus
- Highly motivated, well-organized individual who requires minimal direct supervision
- Must possess a positive attitude and work well in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly with minimal errors
- Strong people skills, clear speech, good grammar, and pleasant phone presence
- Good at multi-tasking and working with interruptions
- Customer service experience utilizing telephone and email correspondence
- Ability to operate multiple line phone system, copier, and scanner
- Strong computer skills and understanding of computer networks
- MS Office experience required
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Ability to walk and carry parts, materials, etc. between departments
