We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Specialty Building Products. Our company is the leading distributor of specialty building products in North America, operating under the brands U.S. LUMBER, Alexandria Moulding, REEB Millwork, DW Distribution, Millwork Sales and Amerhart.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, including taking calls, scheduling inbound trucks, and delivering materials. They will also assist with preparing pick files and driver paperwork, inputting counts during cycle counts/audits, and processing CPU's.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 1-3 years of administration experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in personal computer software, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Attention to detail and ability to complete job duties with high degree of accuracy
- Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently
