Reeb Millwork, an SBPÂ Brand, is currently looking for a Shipping Assistant to join our VALUES based organization to support logistics, inventory management, and administrative operations to ensure smooth workflows and efficient processes. Responsibilities include coordinating packing, labeling, and shipping schedules, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with administrative duties.

- Key responsibilities:
- Shipping Coordination:
- Organize packing, labeling, and shipping processes to meet delivery deadlines.
- Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers, including obtaining cost estimates.
- Inventory Management:
- Track inventory levels to ensure alignment with operational needs.
- Reconcile stock discrepancies and prepare detailed inventory reports.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Prepare accurate shipping documents and update digital databases.
- Maintain organized records to support compliance and operational transparency.
- Administrative Duties:
- Perform invoicing, correspondence, and reporting tasks.
- Assist with additional office-related responsibilities as needed.
- Customer Support:
- Address shipping-related inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Key Competencies:
- Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Clear communication skills for collaboration with teams and partners.
- Basic physical capability for light lifting during packing/shipping.
