We are seeking a highly skilled worker with experience in workers compensation, healthcare, and referral coordination to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workers compensation laws and regulations, as well as experience working with healthcare providers and coordinating referrals for patients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage workers compensation claims and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and appropriate treatment for injured workers
- Facilitate referrals for patients to specialists and other healthcare providers as needed
- Communicate with insurance carriers, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient claims processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and referrals
- Provide excellent customer service to injured workers and their families
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in workers compensation, healthcare, or related field
- Strong understanding of workers compensation laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
