Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. You should also have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Furthermore, you should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and have the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information systems (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
