Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, team supervision, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and operational expertise as well as the ability to jump in and perform warehouse tasks alongside the team when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Oversee and lead warehouse staff; schedule shifts, assign tasks, and conduct training
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing materials meet quality standards and documentation
• Work closely with sales and purchasing teams to coordinate deliveries and order fulfillment
• Maintain warehouse safety standards, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in industrial supply or materials distribution
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
