SCI, the leading real estate executive search firm, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join a privately owned and operated commercial real estate company specializing in the acquisition, long-term ownership and management of assets throughout the eastern United States.
The role will manage all financials, investment oversight and tax strategy for the real estate portfolio, providing leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting department. The position will also take the lead in the evaluation of processes and procedures regarding the unitization of technology.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting department.
- Manage all financials, investment oversight, tax strategy, real estate management, insurance, and risk management for the real estate portfolio.
- Oversee and control Company information systems and provides direction and training for Company employees. Manage and coordinate updates to systems with third-party providers.
- Direct the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, tax returns and other statistical reports.
