Specialty Consultants, the leading real estate executive search firm, is seeking a Property Manager to join our client, a national investment management platform. This group has a well established and growing portfolio of industrial and logistics assets in the Northeast.
Based in Northern New Jersey, the incoming Property Manager will be responsible for the financial and operational performance for a portfolio of industrial/logistics buildings in the region.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the budgeting, financial reporting and accounting processes for assigned properties.
- Overseeing the optimal physical and operational performance of properties, including coordinating maintenance, tenant, and capital work.
- Providing a high level of customer service and responsiveness to tenants.
- Managing and developing support personnel.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing commercial real estate properties.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
